studying the issues below. We will be soliciting member
views!
1) NYTDA with the help of our members has compiled
a study on simultaneous issuance of multiple tickets.
This study will be presented to both the NYPD and NYC
DOF.
2) Towing & Booting (practices versus legality) by NYC
and towing companies of commercial vehicles.

members and the City of New York. As such we are
making efforts in the following areas:
1) A Safer NYC program - through a NYPD NEXUS
Program.
2) Better relations with NYPD Officers on the street
through precinct involvement.
We have extended invitations for discussions with
several NYPD departments and will update you as
things progress.
